All of our cutting boards are pressed with a food-grade (edible) glue. The Professional Executive Chef board comes in a unique honey-striped finish using natural & honey tone bamboo glued together with food grade glue.

The pleasing designs are created by combining originally-colored bamboo with steamed bamboo, which darkens due to caramellized sugars within the wood. The unique design of this cutting board includes an overhang which allows a plate to slide underneath for ease of food transfer.
